These Terms of Service govern your access to the Rooms AI app and related services. By downloading or using Rooms AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Rooms AI is an interior design app that generates AI-powered redesigns of rooms from photos you provide. The Service allows users to:

Rooms AI does not require traditional account creation or registration. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or meet your country's minimum age requirement). Access may be restricted if these Terms are violated.

You retain full ownership of the photos you import and the projects you create. Your content is stored locally on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account. When you generate a render, the relevant photos are sent to our AI provider solely to produce your redesigned image. By using this feature, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not use your content for any other purpose. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photos you upload and that your content complies with applicable laws.
Rooms AI offers a limited number of free renders. Continued or unlimited use of render generation and premium features requires a paid subscription.
All payment terms are subject to Apple's App Store terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or policies of third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Renders and other AI-generated content in Rooms AI are generated automatically and are provided for design inspiration and personal use only. Results may not accurately reflect real products, dimensions, materials, or how a space would actually look. Rooms AI does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated render, and such content does not constitute professional design, construction, or purchasing advice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled and protected.
All original content, features, and functionality of Rooms AI are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooms AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or 0 EUR if you have not made any payments.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rooms AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. Since Rooms AI does not have traditional user accounts, termination may involve restricting access to subscription features. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
